Shipping Policy

At Rendera Skin, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details below for estimated processing and shipping times.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days and are not included in processing estimates.

Shipping Times

United States (Standard): Estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days from shipment, depending on your location. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer — up to 30 business days — and are not eligible for expedited shipping.

United States (Expedited): Estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days.

International: Estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days. If your order includes items shipped from an international warehouse, the entire order may ship internationally, which can result in delivery times of 7 to 14 business days.

All delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, and are in addition to processing time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you cannot locate your tracking information, contact us at hello@renderaskin.com and we will be happy to help.

Holiday Notice

Due to increased demand during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee delivery before specific holidays for orders placed after December 1st. We recommend ordering early to avoid seasonal delays.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing on international orders, and weather or holiday disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
