At Rendera Skin, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the details below for estimated shipping and processing times.

 

Shipping Times

For standard shipping within the United States, estimated delivery is 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Please note that orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer and are not eligible for expedited shipping. Delivery to these locations may take up to 30 business days.

For international orders, estimated delivery is 7 to 15 business days. If your order includes items shipped from an international warehouse, the entire order may ship internationally, which can result in slightly longer delivery times of 7 to 14 business days.

Expedited shipping within the United States has an estimated delivery of 5 to 12 business days.

 

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you cannot locate your tracking information, contact us at hello@renderaskin.com and we will be happy to help.

 

Holiday Notice

Due to increased demand during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee delivery before specific holidays for orders placed after December 1st. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

 

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, and weather or holiday disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
