At Rendera Skin, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Order Cancellation

Returns

We offer a 10-day return window from the date your order is marked as delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, email us at hello@renderaskin.com and we will provide return instructions and the return address. Returns must be approved before sending. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund on their end. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout. Rendera Skin is not responsible for lost or returned packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a 15% restocking fee will apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Rendera Skin is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

 

Allergic Reactions

We are unable to offer refunds for adverse skin reactions. Please review all ingredients carefully before purchasing.

 

General Conditions

Reshipments are not eligible for return or refund. All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Subscriptions

Subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing date. If a cancellation is requested after billing has occurred, the order for that cycle will still be shipped. Future shipments can be canceled going forward.

 

Promotions and Free Gifts

Promotional offers are limited to one free item per order. We reserve the right to adjust orders that exceed this limit.

 

Shipping Protection

Shipping protection fees are non-refundable once an order is processed. This protection covers lost or damaged packages during transit only.

 

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

For first-time purchases, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. To qualify, the product must be returned within 30 days of delivery with reasonable use. Photo evidence may be requested. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny claims in cases of misuse or abuse.

Rendera Skin reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
